    Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, William “Bill” Griffin brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Wildwood community. Having spent his childhood and teen years vacationing in the Wildwoods, Bill followed his dream and purchased his first Wildwood home in 2002. Since then, he and his high school sweetheart and wife, Dawn, have enjoyed every moment of their coastal life. Currently residing in Wildwood Crest, they are active parishioners at Assumption Catholic Church and proud parents of three children and grandparents to seven.


    Bill's journey began in Juniata Park, Philadelphia, where he attended Assumpta Academy School in Wyncote, North Catholic High School in Kensington, LaSalle University (BS), and Gwynedd Mercy University (MA). Over a 35-year career in education, Bill served as a Special Education Teacher, Elementary Principal, and Middle School Principal, positively impacting thousands of students' lives. During this time, he also successfully worked as a Pennsylvania Realtor for eight years, specializing in helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams.


    Now, Bill is excited to announce his new chapter as a licensed REALTOR® in New Jersey, joining the esteemed team at Lees Real Estate Agency in Wildwood, NJ.
